About 10 shops have been destroyed by fire at Dansoman

Personnel from the Ghana National Fire Service has been able to put out a fire outbreak in Asoredano at Dansoman in Accra which is has destroyed close to 10 shops.

Eye witnesses say the fire, which started at around 1:30 PM was seen at drinking spot around the Aliu Mahama Street.
Although the flames have been fought, eyewitnesses say it took the fire service over 30 minutes to reach the disaster ground.
So far, no casualties have been recorded as the cause of the fire is yet to be known.
